Order fulfillment time
From the receipt of the order, the goods are shipped in 4-5 days at most and delivered in 24/48 h depending on the chosen courier. In the event of delays due to exceptional situations, immediate notification will be given to the customer with whom the best solution will be found
Couriers
Shipments are made by courier service. In case the customer would like to use a different one than the ones agreed upon, we recommend contacting us before sending the order.
Reserve of Control In the event that the package or packages are delivered by the courier with any kind of dent, tear or otherwise not intact the customer is REQUIRED to sign with RESERVE OF CONTROL specifying the type of problem encountered. In the absence of such wording any grievance caused by the courier cannot be considered.
